In the glass, the wine shows a straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections and a fine, persistent foam. The nose is refined and intense, with notes of yellow fruit, hazelnut and a hint of bread crust. On the palate it is clean and balanced, with a long, persistent finish.

Trentino - Val di Non

Extremely fine, silky perlage and creamy effervescence; straw yellow colour with a light golden hue and greenish reflects. On the nose, alluring mineral sensations and hints of pastry, flint and white flowers against a citrus backdrop. Excellent balance on the palate.

Trentino - Valle di Cembra

With a fine, persistent foam, the nose is fresh with pleasant fruity and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh with elegant salinity.

The space

The Atmosphere

L'Atelier was born inside the Renaissance palace of Hotel Accademia, in Vicolo Colico. The vaulted ceilings, stone walls and soft lighting create an intimate and enveloping atmosphere — a place where time slows down.

The service counter, fabric armchairs, round tables and branded cushions compose a contemporary lounge that integrates with the history of the palace. An upstairs room is available for private tastings and small events on request.

Guided experiences

The Tastings

L'Atelier periodically organises guided tasting evenings with industry experts — sommeliers, producers and enthusiasts — to discover Trentino and Italian wines in a direct and informal way. No preparation required: just curiosity and a desire to discover.

Tastings take place in L'Atelier's main room or, on milder evenings, in the beautiful internal garden of Hotel Accademia — a unique space in the heart of Trento's historic centre. Small groups, carefully selected pairings and storytelling for every bottle.

L'Atelier is the wine bar of Hotel Accademia Trento and, together with the hotel, becomes the perfect setting for those who want to celebrate in an original way in the heart of the historic centre.

Whether it's a private aperitif after a graduation, a birthday with a Trentino wine tasting, an informal company outing or a reception before or after a meeting room event — the Atelier team will build a tailor-made programme with you.
